THERAPY, COACHING
Natalie Gallo, LCSW
Hi, I’m Natalie! I thoroughly enjoy my work and am passionate about providing space with gentle guidance for you to explore what matters most. Outside of the therapy room, I love finding new trails with my pup, Clio. I have a passion for traveling and learning from the places I visit. I thrive off of good coffee and frequent belly laughs!
Most of my work has been geared towards healing from eating disorders, disordered eating, addiction, depression, anxiety, and childhood core wounds. I enjoy working with individuals who are willing to learn how to be vulnerable and ready to slowly make shifts within themselves and their lives. If you are ready to explore your inner self and how you relate to the world around you, let's jump in!
GROUP COUNSELOR, RECOVERY COACH
Emily Noren
Hi, I’m Emily! I would like to say that I chose the field of eating disorders/disordered eating, but, like so many, it chose me. I struggled with an eating disorder for a long time and, thankfully, am now recovered. Recovery is real and is worth the exhausting, confusing, and often discouraging journey that is required to get there.
I have been working in eating disorder treatment since 2018 as a Recovery Counselor and am currently in Northwestern University’s Graduate School of Counseling working towards obtaining my LPC license. An area that I am particularly passionate about is how we approach body image with clients. No more Dove ads asking us to “feel beautiful” because we are not ornaments. Fat-phobia and body discrimination have a long history in our culture and, because of this, I take a social justice approach to helping clients fight back against their eating disorders.
